If you are applying to be an affiliate/sibling, there are a few rules. Your site must be graphics-related, however it does not have to be a layout site, and it can be from any genre. You must link to your affiliates on EVERY page. I am doing the same, so it's only fair. And finally, your site must have a decent amount of content and provide useful tools to your visitors.
